Airless Shot Blast Cleaning employs a motor-driven Blast Wheel that rotates at a high speed. This blast wheel propels the shot by using radial and tangential forces to impart the necessary velocity to the shots. To concentrate the blast in the desired direction, the position of the wheel from which the shot is projected is controlled.The wheel method of propulsion has several advantages, including easy control of shot velocity, high production capacity, and freedom from the moisture problem associated with compressed air.The dust collector, as the name implies, is in charge of collecting dust.
